Cutting "Red Tape"
Saginaw Charter Township knows that, especially in business, delays in reviews, approvals, and permitting can kill a project. Staff can assist developers and brokers with navigating the local review process as well as providing and making contacts with state and county agencies such as the Michigan Department of Transportation and the Saginaw County Road Commission.
In addition to serving as a liasion, the Township will work with developers and brokers to conduct walk through inspections of a building and provide written comments based on the goals/plans of the developer at no cost. To arrange a walk through with Township Inspectors please contact us.
