1984-2004 Elected Clerk

2004-Present Elected Supervisor

Thirty-six years ago you gave me the opportunity to be a part of our township government, and I have enjoyed all these years of service.  It is an honor and a privilege for me to be able to continue to serve our community as your Township Supervisor, and I am very grateful.

Saginaw Township is a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family; and it is a special place to be an elected official and be a part of government at its best.  Since 1984 our Board has conducted itself very professionally with a genuine respect for one another as individuals.  All of us on the Board pride ourselves in serving our community in a professional manner.

In addition, we have an excellent Township Manager, James Wickman.  He heads up an outstanding staff of quality people – highly trained and dedicated.  Mutual respect, trust, and lasting friendships exist among the board members and with staff.  In most communities that doesn’t happen, but it does here in Saginaw Township.

Our goal of shaping a better community is accomplished by working together to meet the needs of our citizens.  As your Township Supervisor I am continuing to promote and nurture this positive working environment, and I’m confident we will continue to move our community forward in a positive direction.
