As in previous years, Waste Management will begin collecting refuse early on Halloween, Monday, October 31. Trash, yard waste and recycling trucks will start collecting waste materials at 6 a.m. instead of the normal 7 a.m. start time. This will help to ensure that residential refuse collection trucks are off your roads well in advance of the trick-or-treat start time. Trick-or-treat hours for Saginaw Township will be from 5:30 -7:30 p.m. on Halloween.
